This class is designed to teach essential basketball skills while improving coordination, fitness, and teamwork! Open to ages 8 - 18, this program offers a comprehensive approach to developing both individual and team skills in a fun and supportive environment.
Key focus areas
● Ball Handling, Shooting, and Passing: Fundamental techniques for building. confidence and control on the court.
● Hand-Eye Coordination & Foot Speed: Exercises to enhance quickness, agility, and reaction time.
● Basketball Etiquette & Terminology: Learning the language of basketball and how to play with sportsmanship and respect.
● Body Awareness & Movement: Drills focused on balance, multi-directional movement, and overall body control.
● Basketball IQ & Team Communication: Developing strategic thinking, teamwork, and effective communication skills on the court.
● Cardio & Conditioning: Improving fitness through fun, fast-paced drills designed to build endurance and strength.
● Multi-tasking & Kinetics of Mind, Hands, and Feet.
